I went to Walmart and found a few good deals...
the 16 oz Kraft salad dressing is $1.58. Use the $1.50/1 coupons we just received and they are $0.08 each.
the Quaker rice cakes are $1.50. Use the $1.00/1 coupons, and they become $0.50 ea.
Oust air sanitizer is $2.82 - use the $2.00/1 coupons to make them $0.82 ea.
Halls cough drops are free with the FREE halls cough drops coupons we received. Priced at $1.58 at Walmart (the coupon is good for a value of up to $2.29 off)
Sorry, I'm not sure when we received these coupons...I don't keep track of the date of the inserts - but I think the Kraft and Quaker coupons were from just yesterday.
Posted by Anna - I went to Albertsons to get their Post cereal and ended up getting a $5 coupon off next purchase along with only paying $1.07 box. The coupon wworks like this, buy 3 get $2 back, buy 4 get $3 back and buy 5 or more get $5 back. I thought I would tell people because I didn't know and the coupon didn't come out till after I left. Luckily the lady brought it to me, so stick around if you get the Post cerreal.-Anna

In case you didn't notice it, on page A8 of the Spectrum, Albertson's has an ad which includes 3 "twice value" coupons! They are good for 3/15 - 3/17 and work on coupons up to $1.00
I called Lins Maretplace today to make sure this is correct.....tomorrow, Saturday March 14th, Lins is having a sale on meat - $1.29/lb for boneless skinless chicken and $1.99/lb for the 93% lean ground beef. My MIL said they had this sale last weekend, and they were very crowded, so be sure to go early if you can.
One of the great things (among many!) about couponing is that I have tried new products that I wouldn't have thought to spend money on before. However, b/c of couponing,I can try new products for free, or very cheap. So here is a rebate that I think is pretty cool - a rebate up to $4.99 on one of four all-bran products. To go along with this, there is a $0.70 coupon we received on 2/22/09.
Also, remember to check out www.oldnavyweekly.com sometime today - supposedly they refresh their coupons every Thursday. Last week, they refreshed sometime around 5pm and I heard about some people getting as many as 3 of the $75 off $100 coupons!
Get two 8-pack mini Hershey's candy packs for free when you use the .99 each coupon on the front page of the Albertsons ad and $2/2 SS 1/25. You can only get Kit Kat, Mounds, or Almond Joy and there's also a limit of 2 at a time. I'm thinking Easter stock up time!
